  • All tours operate under UAE Coast Guard regulation and weather clearance
  • Life vests provided for all passengers; mandatory for children under 12
  • Guests must arrive 20 minutes before departure for check-in
  • Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure

Health & Safety Guidelines

  • Follow crew instructions at all times
  • Life jackets available onboard
  • No jumping or swimming unless authorized
  • Notify crew of any medical conditions in advance

Allergens

Our onboard meals may include or come into contact with gluten, sesame, soy, celery, and nuts.
Please notify the crew of any dietary requirements before departure.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your charter
  • 50% charge if canceled within 72–24 hours
  • 100% charge within 24 hours of the tour
  • In case the Coast Guard denies sailing permission, a full refund or reschedule will be provided (permits confirmed daily by 9:00 AM)

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

No. All meals and beverages are provided onboard.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome but must wear a life vest (provided).

What if the weather is bad?

The Coast Guard may delay or cancel sailing — in which case you’ll be offered a reschedule or full refund.
5.

What’s included in the 2-hour and 3-hour tours?

Both include a live BBQ or breakfast service, plus extended sightseeing routes.
