The details provided herein, including schedules, prices, routes, and other information, are accurate as of the latest update but are subject to change without prior notification. Please note that during the holy month of Ramadan, the summer season, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the operating schedules and routes of certain tours and safaris may be adjusted. NOBLE LIFE IN BOUND TOUR OPERATOR L.L.C reserves the right to cancel or modify any part of our tours or activities at our discretion without prior notice to the participants.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment Requirement:

Payment for any activity must be made in full at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received at least two days before the activity starts.

Cancellation Policy:

- Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time
- 50% refund for cancellations made 12 to 24 hours in advance
- No refund for cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment

Rights to Modify or Cancel

Additionally, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel, alter, or omit any part of an activity due to various factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, accidents, illnesses, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Depending on the situation and at our discretion, along with that of our suppliers, a full or partial refund may be provided.
