Very friendly staff and an interesting experience

As a guide, I also take my guests on a tour of the Burj al Arab Hotel and they always come back delighted. The hotel staff go out of their way to give you a unique insight into the royal suite and make you feel like a guest of the hotel. They are very friendly from the staff at the ticket desk, to the staff at the hotel. Since I come with guests, I would like to especially praise Mr. Artyom, who always makes my guests feel like real guests of the Burj al Arab and makes sure that the atmosphere is great. An interesting experience that I recommend.
