The Snow Plus Pass provides full-day, unlimited access to Ski Dubai's Snow Park and its attractions, including:
Snow Cavern
Tobogganing hills
Giant Ball
Bobsled
Tubing Run
Bumper Cars
Chairlift rides
Mountain Thriller
Additionally, the pass includes winter gear rental (jacket, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, and fleece gloves) and a standard locker for personal belongings.
Yes, there are specific requirements for certain activities:
Giant Ball: Minimum height of 1.0 meter.
Mountain Thriller: Minimum height of 1.2 meters.
Snow Bullet Ride: Minimum age of 8 years, height of 1.2 meters, and weight between 30–120 kg. Riders aged 8–10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 13 years old are required to wear helmets, which are provided.
Ski Dubai operates as follows:
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM
It's advisable to arrive early to avoid peak crowds, especially on weekends and holidays.
Yes, the Penguin Encounter can be added to your Snow Plus Pass for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please note that this experience is not included in the standard pass.

The Snow Plus Pass does not include access to the skiing areas.
Some rides, such as the Mountain Thriller and Snow Bullet Ride, are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or individuals with back, neck problems, or other medical conditions.
Guests are not allowed to carry mobile phones or use cameras inside the park.
